Ironman is a hybrid broccoli for cool-season production, including transition season in California. Ironman heads are deep, domed, firm and suitable for fresh market and processing use. This variety has relative tolerance to hollow stem and cateyes. Uniform plant and narrow petioles make Ironman easy to work, harvest and clean.
