Constellation (RS 05843307) is a high-yielding storage cabbage hybrid with mid-late maturity, similar to Huron. Constellation produces large, 6- to 10-lb. heads for processing or fresh market out of storage. It is Fusarium yellows resistant. It has a round, dense head, good wrapper leaves and a green-gray exterior color. In trials it has shown good thrips tolerance. Constellation is well-suited to long-term storage and maintains an attractive green color after trimming.
