Envy

Envy, formerly PS 07132127, is a new, early to midseason hybrid variety that produces a high percentage of jumbos and sizes early. It has very smooth, long, cylindrical roots with blunt tips and strong tops. Envy produces a smooth, uniform, high quality carrot on muck or mineral soil. The roots are about 12 inches long with a diameter of 1.5 to 1.75 inches (depending on spacing). To achieve maximum root length and size, Envy should be seeded at lighter seeding rates (18 to 20 per foot).
