PS 07101405

PS 07101405 is an experimental cut-and-peel with outstanding flavor and eating quality. The cylindrical roots measure 12-14 inches in length with strong tops, uniform color and consistent flavor. 1405 maintains a minimal shoulder size; shoulder is ¾-inch in diameter and ½-inch at the tip. It has excellent root strength and resists cracking during growth, harvest and processing.
