Kung Pao

Kung Pao pepper is super productive, setting loads of long thin-walled hot (10,000 scovilles) fruit about 85 days from transplant. Kung Pao can be used green or red, fresh or dried. It dries well due to a low moisture content in the fruit. Fruit are long and thin, measuring about 4.5 inches long by 3/8 inch wide. Plants are tall at about 30 inches and resisitant to tobamo and potato virus Y.
