Super Marzano

Super Marzano is the perfect choice for all kinds of cooking (and makes a nice chopped salad as well). Fruit are a giant pear shape- 4 oz in weight and about 5 inches long. The green shoulders mature to bright red in just 69 days from transplant. Super Marzano is naturally high in pectin giving sauce or paste a smooth thickness. Plants have a tall indeterminate habit and better disease resistance and yield than open-pollinated San Marzano.
