Coyame

Coyame is a hybrid jalapeño that produces jumbo fruit containing less purple pigment (anthocyanin) than our Grande variety. Fruit, about 10 by 3.8 cm in size, mature dark-green to red. Its thick walls and medium pungency make Coyame a good choice for both fresh market and processing. Coyame is resistant to PVY 0.
