Ready for harvest 90-100 days from transplant, this standard hot pepper is extremely pungent and fits well in both fresh and processing markets. It's an excellent choice for sauce production, oil extraction, and blending. The wrinkled fruit taper to a point and measure approximately 5 x 2.5 cm. The thin flesh is light-green to orange-pink at full maturity.
