Durango is an outstanding Western shipper with a vigorous plant that sets large numbers of fruit. Durango is coarsely netted with very firm, deep orange flesh and excellent flavor. It is uniform and slightly oval with a medium seed cavity. Durango makes size under cool conditions and is resistant to two races of Fusarium wilt and powdery mildew race 1.
