Verrazano is a mid-season (105 to 110-day) variety for short to mid-term storage. Bulbs are very large, uniform and medium in color. Skin retention is good for a large onion. Verrazano has a strong root system and a good yield potential. It is resistant to FBR with intermediate resistance to PRR.
